Question 1

How quickly will a Relationship Manager reply?

Accepted Answer

We reply to WhatsApp and email within one business hour during UAE working days (Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–18:00 GST). For urgent issues, WhatsApp +971 50 152 5960 directly.

Question 2

Can I start my company without visiting the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most RAK free-zone and offshore setups can be completed remotely. Residence visas require a medical test and Emirates ID biometric capture once you arrive, but the company can be established before you land.

Question 3

What information should I include in my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

Share your planned business activity, proposed company name(s), number of shareholders, whether you need visas or office space, and your target timeline. The more detail you provide, the faster we can quote accurately.

Question 4

Is the initial consultation free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enquiries and the initial zone/package recommendation call are free. You only pay once you choose a jurisdiction and service package.

Question 5

What happens after I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

Your enquiry is logged in our admin portal and assigned to a Relationship Manager. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to track progress. If you create a customer portal account, you can upload documents and make payments there.
