RAKEFZ.com is a company formation agent. We help clients select a RAK jurisdiction, reserve trade names, prepare documents, submit applications to authorities, open bank accounts, process visas and manage renewals. Government and third-party fees are separate from our service fees.
Quotes provided through the website are indicative based on the information you provide. Final fees depend on jurisdiction, activity, visa requirements and optional add-ons, and are shown exclusive of UAE VAT (5%), which is added at checkout. Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once submitted.
For accounting, corporate tax registration, VAT registration and ongoing FTA filing, RAKEFZ is aligned and associated with accounting and tax agents who hold their own valid registration with the UAE Federal Tax Authority and are fully compliant with its rules. We select and coordinate these partners on your behalf, and remain your single point of contact, but the underlying accounting, tax and VAT work is carried out under each agent's own professional registration. All RAKEFZ service fees are quoted exclusive of UAE VAT, currently charged at the standard rate of 5%, which is added where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documents in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are your responsibility.
RAKEFZ service fees may be refundable before significant work has begun, at our discretion. Government fees and third-party fees already paid are not refundable. Please contact us to discuss a cancellation or refund request.
RAKEFZ.com is not liable for decisions made by government authorities, banks or regulators. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us for the specific engagement, except where prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
