Once approved, RAK ICC issues your certificate of incorporation. RAK ICC entities do not sponsor UAE visas or hold a local office, so there is no visa or bank-introduction phase.

Trade-name reservation & initial approval

A registered tenancy (Ejari or the RAK equivalent) is required before licence issuance. Once it’s in place, your case officer arranges hotel pickup and drop-off for your medical check-up and your fingerprint/Emirates ID biometrics appointment, supports your bank account application, and handles the full visa process.
